Women’s Retreat Self-Love Portraits

Last week I shared the beautiful experience of my 2023 Self-Love Retreat.

This week, I want to share the portraits from it.

Because not only did the women get to learn about self-care, gain valuable resources, make beautiful connections, and release pains, they also got to step in front of my camera for an individual portrait session. These sessions at my retreats are 10-15 minutes and give the women in attendance a chance to recognize their own beauty and feel like the center of the world for that short time. It helps create the whole human experience I aim for, taking them from mental and emotional growth to physically embodying the woman they want to be through their session.

My full self-love portrait sessions are 60-90 minutes and include a lot of personalization and planning support, so it’s significantly different, but the sessions at the retreat give a taste of what it feels like to be in front of the camera.

Even though we’re in the same place and limited to the spaces within the retreat venue for location, we always find a way to personalize the women’s sessions just a little bit. Whether that’s simply switching from inside to outside, adding a little bit of personality, or even removing ourselves from the group altogether to find a quiet secluded area. These women nailed their sessions, and I am so excited to share more of their images here.

Enjoy!
