Branding Session with Luzy King
The Mission:
Luzy is a badass money coach who is helping first-gen Latinas and women of color reframe their mindset around money and build generational wealth for their families. She wants to empower underserved women to create a new money story for themselves.
She was rebranding her business to be more radical and step away from the traditional idea of "professional", and wants pictures to reflect this new version of herself and this new direction for her business.
The Outcome:
We met via zoom and discussed all the ways she wanted to step out of the buttoned-up look of traditional financial advisors. She gave me her ideas and her vision and I helped her narrow down exactly what stories she was going to tell. She had a very specific style of location in mind so I worked with her to find the perfect location for her vision as well. Since part of her session would be in her home office and with her daughters to tell the story of a working mom, we split the session up and shot one day in studio and another at her home. She received a gallery of bright, beautiful images full of Goddess and badass energy.
My goal was to bring in her bright energy and showcase that financial coaches can be more fun than we picture them, all while showing that she truly is a professional.
The Impact:
Luzy was able to incorporate her images into her new marketing plan just in time for her latest coaching program. She seamlessly went from old pictures with her old brand vibe to these new, fresh pictures to showcase her growth.
