Another senior picture session for the class of 2024!
Here she is in her Miss Juneteenth Contestant Headshot back in 2022.
I met this beautiful soul when she was running for Miss Juneteenth, and I had the honor of taking her headshot then. The girls in the Juneteenth program are always so sweet and fun to work with, so when her mom reached out to me about doing her senior pictures you know it was a resounding ABSOLUTELY!
One of the best things about senior pictures is that I get to help these young women step into their best selves and blossom in front of the camera. They each bring their own unique style, sass, and power to the photoshoots and I am here. For. It.
For Micah’s senior session, we met in the Richland Parkway and got some great fall colors before we hopped over to John Dam Plaza. Then we headed to the only parking structure in the Tri-Cities, at Kadlec Hospital, to get some gorgeous pictures with her car. She wanted to glam it up, which was perfect for this location.
I love the glam style with the urban concrete background… SO GOOD.
Before each senior session, my seniors receive a questionnaire that asks them all the questions. Style, personality, what they like to do for fun, their favorite places, how they see themselves… these things all help me get a clear picture of who they are and how I can bring out their most authentic personalities.
The glam feel was everything here. She walked with poise, we chatted about her dreams and aspirations, and we got some kickass shots. Take a look at some of my favorites:
