The mission for this day is to help you focus your efforts and get clarity on ways to practice healthier self-care. And we give you tools and inspiration to start that journey.
You belong at this event if any of these sound like you:
You spend a lot of time caring for everyone else, but little to none on yourself.
You want guidance on how to start a better self-care practice.
You crave the connection of female friendships to support you on your journey.
You’ve recently gone through a huge life change and are ready to focus on yourself.
You’re committed to your own health and well-being.
You’re ready to invest your time and energy into creating a more fulfilled life.
You want to experience joy and balance.
In 2024, we will be focused on:

She focuses on helping women understand and overcome their pain using somatic techniques and brain training to help them reconnect their brains and bodies so they can be in control of their health again. FAQ:
-
One of the core pillars of Empower You Retreats is connection. We spend the day supporting authentic and positive connections and most women walk away with new friends as well as the self-care resources they’ve gained.
-
Short answer: It is not.
Long answer: Empower You Retreats were originally created to fill a void in the Tri-Cities, WA area. At the time, all local retreats were centered on business or Christianity and if you didn’t fit into those categories you were out of luck. Empower You Retreats are focused on the woman as a whole human, and while some attendees and presenters have deep and varying religious beliefs, we work hard to create a space that is welcoming and secular.

Click on one of the registration buttons on this page, fill out the form, and make sure you submit it. That starts the registration process!
-
You don’t have to! Eventbrite is another marketing tool that allows me to reach more people! Filling out the registration form linked on this page doesn’t deal with Eventbrite at all, and the only fee you pay is Sales Tax… because unfortunately it’s required by law.
-
Absolutely! I understand the need for budgeting. That’s part of why I announce my retreats so far in advance of the retreat date. When you register you can choose a payment plan option and it will automatically be applied to your invoice.
-
Short answer: Nope!
Long answer: I did host a Goddess Retreat in early 2023 focused on exploring metaphysical practices and energy work. That retreat was beautiful and, yes, a little witchy, and it was advertised as such. I have never withheld information pertinent to attendees making an informed decision to attend my retreats. I believe in full transparency and honesty. The 2024 Self-Love Women’s Retreat is exactly as it is advertised: a safe space for women to come together, learn self-care resources and tools, and grow.
